How do I start my 7-day free trial?
Tap any Pro feature in the app (On the Way or Street View Preview), then select the Monthly subscription. Your 7-day free trial will start immediately with no charge until the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Respite Driver → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Respite Driver → Cancel subscription.
You can cancel anytime, including during your free trial.
Why isn't the app showing my location?
Make sure you've granted location permissions: Settings → Respite Driver → Location → While Using the App. The app needs location access to find nearby break spots.
Can I use this app offline?
The location database works offline once loaded. However, features like Street View and route planning require an internet connection.
How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new device?
Open the app → tap Settings (gear icon) → scroll down and tap "Restore Purchases". Your Pro subscription will be restored automatically.
The app isn't showing stops in my area
Try increasing your search radius in the filters menu (map icon). If the issue persists, contact us at harry@respitedriver.co.uk with your approximate location.
How can I suggest a new location?
Email us at harry@respitedriver.co.uk with the location details. We regularly update our database with user suggestions.
